Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026 · DepDevLab is in Free Beta

Overview

DepDevLab is built by Eusebeia. This policy explains what information we collect while you use the DepDevLab workspace during the Free Beta, and how that information is handled. Because DepDevLab is under active development, this policy will change as new features — including the AI backend — are introduced.

Information we collect

When you sign in with GitHub, we receive basic profile information such as your username, avatar, and email address as permitted by your GitHub account settings.

When you use the workspace, we may store the prompts you submit, the mode you selected, and any files you attach, so that a future AI backend can process your request and your history can be shown back to you.

How we use information

Information you provide is used to operate and improve DepDevLab: authenticating your account, applying your daily request limit, and — once the AI backend is live — generating responses inside your selected mode.

We do not sell your personal information or your code to third parties.

Repository access

DepDevLab only accesses a GitHub repository when you explicitly select it inside the workspace. Read and write access is scoped to the actions you take, such as opening a pull request you have reviewed.

Data retention

During the Free Beta, conversation and usage data is retained to operate the product and to help us improve it. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
